What if I don't receive a Confirmation of my order?

What should I do if I'm not happy with my product?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product you will be entitled to a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please call us on 0845 634 1392 to arrange this.

I can't remember my password?

If, for any reason, you are unable to remember your password please email us from your registered email address at Direct.Sales@ebac.com with "Send Me My Password" as the subject. Your password will be emailed to you.
