Home Delivery - FREE (Four hour time-slot, including positioning product in room of choice, unpack, inspect and removal of all packaging).

» How will my product be delivered?
Your product will be delivered by our specialist 2-man delivery teams, who are experts at handling large appliances, ensuring it receives the upmost care and attention. The team will not simply drop off your new product. They will take it to the room of your choice, unpack and inspect it with you, making sure you are entirely satisfied, before taking away the packaging for recycling. The delivery team will happily position the product for you but will not connect it to a power supply because all refrigeration appliances must be left to stand for at least one hour before switching on, to avoid damaging the cooling system.

» What if I don’t want the product to be unpacked?
Unpacking and inspection of the product is mandatory part of our delivery service. It helps to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you definitely do not want the product to be unpacked, please inform us when placing your order, so that we can advise the delivery team in advance. Please note however, that in such instances Ebac are unable to accept responsibility for any damage found when the product is subsequently unpacked.

» When will my product be delivered?
We will deliver your product within 2 to 5 working days of receiving your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and you will be given a three hour time slot, allowing you to plan your day. On the day of delivery, our delivery team will contact you one hour before the anticipated arrival time. This means that you can go to work as normal and pop home to take delivery.

» How do I know when my product will be delivered?
You will be contacted by our team within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm the delivery date and then again 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your 3 hour time slot. At this point you will be asked a number of questions, which will help to establish if there are any special requirements and ensure that your delivery runs smoothly.

» Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all Mainland UK postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands. Deliveries can also be made to Northern Ireland and various Off-Shore destinations but such deliveries are subject to additional charges and longer timescales. Please contact our Customer Care Team who will be happy to advise you.

» How much does delivery cost?
All Mainland UK deliveries are FREE of charge. Costs for delivery to non Mainland UK destinations vary and further information can be obtained from our Customer Care Team.

» Can you remove my old fridge?
For added convenience the delivery team will happily remove your old refrigeration appliance and ensure that it is disposed of in accordance with the latest environmental legislation. There is a charge of £15.00 for this service to cover our transportation costs. If you require this option please add this item to your basket during the checkout process. We would also ask that you ensure that the product has been disconnected from the power supply a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery and cleared of any remaining food or water from defrosting.
